Conditions of participation
1. Registration Fee per Choir
Each choir must pay the Registration Fee US$250 per category, max.3 (three) categories.
2. Competition Package per person

Economy Class
Standard Class
First Class
**The Competition staff reserves the right to determine the specific accommodations of each participant.
The Participation Package includes:
- Organizational costs
- Accommodation for 4 nights, (Check-in: 18 Augt. 2010, after 02.00 pm) (Check-out: 22 Augt. 2010, before 12.00 pm)
- FREE entrance fee to all competitions, workshop, award and closing ceremonies
- FREE entrance fee to Opening Ceremony on 18 Augt. 2010 max. 10 people per choir
- Meals: Dinner on 18 Augt. 2010; Breakfast, lunch, & dinner on 19,20,21 Augt. 2010; Breakfast on 22 Augt. 2010
- Aiport transfer & local transportation from Accommodations to competition venue.
- T-shirt 2nd TICC 2010 for each person (t-shirt size list should be attached before 30 April 2010, afterwards committee will not guarantee the availability of the expected size).
- Program book, every 1 book for 5 people.

4. Payment Regulations
- Registration Fee must be paid before 31 March 2010
- A deposit of 50% of the Participation Package must be paid by 30 April 2010
- The balance of payment must be paid no later than 31 May 2010
- There will be no refund of the Registration Fee or Participation Package for any cancellation or disqualification.
